40X-1000X Trinocular Phase Contrast Microscope

M12100 40X-1000X Trinocular Phase Contrast Microscope is a type of compound light microscope used for a wide variety of microscopy applications such as molecular and cellular biology research, clinical and medical diagnosis of health conditions, microbiological research such as bacteriology and parasitology, dog breeding, marine biology for plant and animal cells, dust mite control, paleontology, wastewater management and many more applications.

Phase contrast microscopes are available as simple phase contrast microscopes which include 10x and 40x phase objectives with a pre-centered phase slider or as fully equipped phase contrast microscope which includes a Phase Contrast Condenser and a full complement of phase objectives, 10x, 20x, 40x and 100x Oil Immersion Objective and a centering phase telescope.

Head: Siedentopf type head, 360° rotatable, 30° inclined, 23.2 mm tubes. Interpupillary distance is adjustable between 48 to 75 mm. Diopter ±5 adjustment on the left eyepiece.
Eyepieces: High wide field HWF 10x/18 mm eyepiece(s).
Nosepiece: Revolving and reversed ball-beared quadruple nosepiece.
Objectives: Achromatic objective 4x, Achromatic Phase 10x/0.25, 20x/0.40, S40x/0.65 and S100x/1.25 oil immersion objectives. S40x and S100x oil immersion objectives are spring-loaded. Optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated for maximum light throughput.
Stage: 141 x 131 mm stage with integrated 78 x 53 mm X-Y double layer mechanical stage. Vernier scale, soft-close removable specimen holder, scratch-resistant.
Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments with 100 graduations. Precision 1 µm, 0.1mm per rotation, total travel approximately 15 mm. Supplied with an adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to sample and objectives. Coarse adjustment is equipped with friction control.
Condenser: Height adjustable Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25 with iris diaphragm, swing-out filter holder, and BF position for brightfield contrast.
Illumination: 3W NeoLED illumination. Internal power supply 100-240 V (CE).
